October is the best month in Beaufort

Oysters, shrimp, fish, sunshine, long days and perfect weather are what October is all about in Beaufort. The tide is rising in the land of plenty, and no amount of words can describe how beautiful it is now. The spartina marsh grass is turning a golden brown, the water is still warm, all of the shellfish are in season and everyone is enjoying the bounty of the great outdoors. Have a look at some of our videos and plan a trip to Beaufort to tour our historic homes and enjoy our local foods.
