The Lowcountry Becomes You in Beaufort South Carolina

Flying Across Henry C. Chambers Waterfront Park

That little boy flying through the air at the Henry C. Chambers Waterfront Park is my son, Panyue, 7.
My wife and a couple of the children visited Tuesday afternoon while in the area.

There is no such thing as a tourist "trap" in Beaufort. It's all Beautiful, and locals tend to flock to the same areas as visitors -- Hunting Island, Bay Street in downtown Beaufort, etc. We enjoy the beauty and charm of Beaufort as much as visitors.

Also, Lowcountry Real Estate held it's office meeting at Dataw island Wednesday morning, so i thought it an excellent opportunity to post some video of the area. Dataw is situated right across the street from Polowana Island, a gorgeous deep-water community. Both communities are on St. Helena Island.

If you can remember Hilton Head back in the mid- to late-70s, you get that same feel on St. Helena -- nonpareil views, endless waterways, majestic oaks.

To enjoy a quick glimpse of beautiful St. Helena Island, please visit http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sTf0y2Fd0Tg.

Have a great day, and thanks for visiting.
