Winter in Beaufort, SC!

Today was another excellent winters day in the Lowcountry! Although a little colder than normal, (high in the 50's) the sun was out and shining on the water. Historic downtown, (Bay Street) was full of post holiday shoppers and our office saw several property shoppers and "lookers". I actually had 2 showings of my own and 1 contract to work with today. All in all not bad activity for a holiday week in December! The Luxury Waterfront Loft project on Bay Street is rapidly nearing completion with 4 units sold and 1 of the 4 available retail spaces leased out to Sweetgrass Apparel who will move in at the end of January.
